❌ Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made between 31 and 60 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
● No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 31 days before check-in.
💵 Payment Terms
● 50% deposit upon booking.
Balance due before the first day of rental.
● Payment via Interac e-Transfer.
● A $500 security deposit is required.
This deposit is intended to cover:
- Property damage.
- Breach of contract.
- Excessive cleaning.
It will be refunded within 3 days of departure, less any applicable fees.
🛡️ Guarantees and Responsibilities
● The tenant agrees to:
- Use the premises peacefully and responsibly.
- Respect the neighborhood and municipal regulations.
- Not exceed the number of people authorized to sleep: 10
● The tenant is responsible for:
- Damage caused to the chalet or equipment
- The actions of any person present during the rental.
